Workforce Planner

- A full Class 1 drivers’ licence that you’ve had for at least 6 months

**What does a Workforce Planner do?**

A Workforce Planner is responsible for some really important things
- Allocating who will work where, when and doing what for our container terminal team, this includes machinery operators, truck drivers and refrigerated container plugging personnel. This is a very detail orientated role - don’t worry though, full training will be provided.
- Reporting, investigating and closing out health and safety incidents in the container terminal
- Supporting the Supervisory team with ancillary tasks, it could be reviewing procedures or general administrative tasks to keep things flowing smoothly, amongst other things.

**What’s on offer at Napier Port?**
- A fixed term role for 12 months with a guarantee of 20 hours per week - this is working Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
- A flexible work environment - our preference for the hours of work are 9AM to 1PM - but we are open to different options, including the ability to work from home.
- The pay rate is $32 per hour.
