- Assisting with customer queries
- Managing end to end claims
- Liaising between 3rd party insurers, brokers and lawyers
- Preparing cases for dispute tribunals

**About you;**
- Knowledge of the motor industry
- Experience in insurance motor claims
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks
