**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced programmer who loves working alongside community to co-design and develop high-impact programmes and experiences that support individuals and whanau to thrive. This role will work closely with the Arts Lead, and the Senior Librarian and as a collective will oversee the strategic planning and coordination of Franklin Community Hub programmes across the Franklin Local Board area.
- 38 hours per week, rostered to work one Saturday every four weeks. Please note that Sunday and evening work may be required to support operations and or events.
- Franklin Community Hub are based across two main sites: Pukekohe site - a fully integrated library and arts team (Franklin Arts Centre and Pukekohe Library); Waiuku site (Waiuku Library and Community Space). Programming in our satellite sites help the rural and remote Franklin communities to easily access services and programmes.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**:
You have experience working with the community to develop programmes that drive high-level participation and satisfaction. You have knowledge and experience using project management methodologies and you are culturally competent and can facilitate engaging hui with people from all walks of life. You are a key contact for community partners, and you also understand the impact of programmes on frontline place-based staff in the wider team so you must have strong communication and relationship building skills to navigate interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
