**Job Description**:
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer Airports to join our Wellington team. This is a unique opportunity which encompasses Project Management, Design Management and Contract Management on various civil and aviation infrastructure projects, specifically in the airports sector. Furthermore, this role will be key to contribute to the winning, management and delivery of projects and responsible for supporting the management of resources, budgets, and timelines, and enhancing client and working relationships.

+ Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.

+ Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.

+ Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.

+ Proposes an approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.

+ Supports contract management, administration and co-ordination of the annual maintenance contract works.

+ Able to work flexibly with some night works required on occasion.

**Qualifications**:
What are we looking for from you?

+ 3 -6 years relevant professional experience on Transportation/aviation Infrastructure projects

+ Demonstrated experience in managing appointed projects and meeting delivery requirements

+ Experience in successfully supporting project teams

+ Strong oral and written communication skills

+ Able to use all relevant Microsoft Office packages

+ Collaborative; willing to share knowledge, experience, ideas and expertise for the betterment of group and own self.

+ Ability to multitask and prioritise workstreams.
