We have an opportunity for a **Warehouse Manager **to oversee our teams and resources in our East Tamaki Warehouse. Reporting to the NZ Distribution Manager, this role will promote and coach a strong culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement to achieve our business goals.

**What you will be tasked with**:

- Managing all required warehouse resources to achieve the operational plan
- Supporting the measurement, monitoring & analysis of warehouse information
- Overseeing the management of stock inventory to ensure accuracy is maintained
- Ensuring manufacturing production schedules are met with maximum effectiveness
- Ensuring all product, processes and procedures conform to approved standards

**Skills & Competencies we are looking for**:

- 5+ years of people and management experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience working within FMCG or 3PL and a large number of SKU's
- Occupational Health & Safety experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience in ERP, Navision
- Tertiary level qualification in Supply Chain management, or similar relevant qualification (preferred)
- Great communication skills
- Good time management and able to work under pressure
- Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
