Joining our dynamic and sustainably focused team, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated person with a passion for all things geospatial. As one of our core services, we are committed to amplifying and developing our spatial team to support our GIS solutions’ delivery and impact.

We are currently undertaking a range of projects across New Zealand and Australia in which you will be involved. This includes engaging with local councils to provide bespoke geospatial tools and processes, which will ultimately assist them in moving towards best asset management practices. We actively collaborate with our team in Melbourne to deliver online geospatial platforms, tools and processes focused on integrated water management to local and state government agencies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to tell stories through data visualisation to inspire and empower our clients and communities, support decision making by making sense of data and getting hands on with data analytics, forge new spatial pathways to awesome outcomes, design data capture tools and methodologies, and contribute to our team’s data maintenance and management systems.

You will be joining the team in the Waikato office situated in the Hamilton CBD. The role is full time but we would consider options for the right applicant

**About you**:

- Demonstrated professional experience - minimum of three years
- Proven experience with Esri Technology stack including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS mobile apps mobile GIS
- Creative thinker with a knack for ideas
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Some experience with Safe software FME including FME Desktop and FME Server is considered a bonus
- Experience with Model Builder and/or Python within GIS is desirable.
