**Job Description** Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Case management and resolving problems concerning highly individualised doctoral scenarios, most of which involve multiple stakeholders.
- Make programme decisions for the University-wide doctoral programme based on individual assessment in the highly-individualised doctoral environment.

This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week role on a permanent contract. The salary range for this role is $68,600 - $84,700 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

**He kōrero mōu | About you**

Our ideal applicant will have:

- A postgraduate research qualification with 5+ years’ relevant work experience in a large complex organisation, preferably in the tertiary sector.
- A demonstrated ability to use sound judgment to make decisions in a complex regulatory environment.
- Excellent relationship and communication skills, with the ability to advise and work effectively with various stakeholders, including senior academic staff.
