**A little bit about the role**

Based in the Christchurch Support Office the D35 Consultant role will lead and assist our business through the planning, design, training and implementation of our D365 implementation across multiple brands in the Kathmandu Group. This involves working closely with partners to identify and optimise our business processes across Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, Product, Marketing & eCom, HR and other areas across our enterprise.

The role will be our internal consultant to help drive and build our knowledge of the D365 solution and help with the design, configuration, testing, training and rollout across the business.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Analysis of the business requirements to enable configuration D365 across ERP and POS
- Delivery utilising a prescribed implementation methodology
- Ensuring processes are understood, documentation is accurate and complete for the solution requirements which express what actions a solution must take and the outcome which is expected
- Coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders throughout the organisation to elicit a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business processes and system configuration across multiple brands within the Kathmandu Group

**You will have**:

- Self-development and motivation to increase capability

- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or relevant job experience
- 6+ years’ experience implementing Dynamics AX, D365
- 7+ years working experience in a relevant
Industry or functional area e.g. Online,
Retail, Finance or Supply Chain.
- Excellent analytical skills
