Here at Lollipops Papamoa we have a community-based feel to our environment, and have opportunities for two
**ECE non-qualified Teachers. **One role is for 30 hours per week and the other is 40 hours per week, in our toddlers/preschool whanau We are a small centre licensed for 50 tamariki and we are a positive team with a positive outlook on children's learning and development. Communication and respect underpin our team values.

We are passionate about intentional teaching and following the lead of our tamariki to help them learn holistically. We run a forest Kindy program once per week along with having rabbits, birds and fish within the centre.

We develop trust with our whanau using meaningful ways to build responsive and reciprocal relationships. Through these relationships we get a better insight into their cultures, languages, beliefs, values and aspirations of our multicultural centre.
We show respect to papatunuku by providing opportunities to create art with nature, be with nature and look after nature (Kaitakitanga)
We, as intentional kaiako are responsive to our tamariki through spontaneous play and by planning for our tamariki individually. We celebrate and encourage each individual akonga.
