**Internal Assurance Advisor**

**New Plymouth, Tauranga or Palmerston North**

At Powerco, we’re committed to delivering safe, reliable electricity to communities across New Zealand. We need an **Internal Assurance Advisor** to help us maintain the highest standards in asset management. This role is ideal for someone with a **strong eye for detail, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Review and validate** internal asset management processes, ensuring compliance with ISO55001.
- ** Check design documentation** for accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- ** Verify asset data** across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- ** Monitor project changes** to ensure compliance with approved limits and delegated authorities.
- ** Evaluate asset management system performance**, identifying areas for process improvement.
- ** Prepare compliance reports** and contribute to strategic decision-making.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** 5+ years’ experience** in asset management, quality assurance, or internal audit.
- Strong knowledge of **ISO55001 and asset management systems**.
- Ability to **analyse complex data, optimize processes, and assess risks**.
- ** Relationship management and communication** skills is key in this role.
