**An amazing opportunity is now available for a talented Japanese Liaison/PA to join our team based in East Tamaki.**

**Our Opportunity**:
The Japanese liaison Officer/PA is primarily responsible for providing administrative and Japanese interpretation support services to the Managing Director and the NZ team as well as visiting Japanese staff.

**_ The responsibilities of the role include:_**
- Effectively communicate information between Japanese team member/guests and English speaking team members, ensuring that all information has been provided and understood.
- Accurately translate documents and information from a variety of sources.
- Assist Japanese visitors throughout their visit
- Providing day to day administrative support to the Managing Director
- Support local NZ team as needed with administration
- Including but not limited to supporting GM of Sales with admin processing
- Other sales planning admin tasks as required
- Any other admin tasks as required

**_ To be successful in this role, you will have:_**
- Fluency in Japanese and English, experience translating between these languages would also be beneficial
- Advanced Excel and MS Suite skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal able to deal with various levels within the organisation, and different cultures
- Ability to take initiative and deal with a fast changing environment and conflicting priorities and plan accordingly to achieve deadlines and timeframes.
