**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate Administrator within our Tauira Registry department that can provide accurate, timely administrative and quality assurance support in all matters relating to tauira enrolment, withdrawal, attendance, academic results, graduation and records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with kaiako (tutors), tauira and internal and external stakeholders;
- Facilitate all aspects of tauira data collection and management;
- Ensure and maintain a high level of accuracy when capturing tauira data.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Certificate in Computing and / or Business Administration - Level 4
- Proven experience in academic administration and / or data entry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills
- The ability or willingness to understand and converse in Te Reo Māori and an understanding of Māori values, culture and tikanga is advantageous
