Lodge Host

You MUST have immediate eligibility to work in New Zealand to be considered_

Our client provides a relaxing and friendly environment for people to enjoy while they undergo cancer treatment. The lodge provides accommodation for up to 83 guests each week (including some support people), and a free shuttle to take guests to and from their treatment.

We are looking for individuals with excellent people skills to host guests at the lodge. Some roles are casual however we do have a full-time role that may lead to a permanent position for the right person.

**Roles available**:
**Full time role** Working 34 hours per week on a 4 weekly roster you will be scheduled to rotate through the following

A: Monday to Thursday 12:30pm 9:30pm

B: Monday to Thursday 11am 8pm

C: Monday (8am 4pm), Tues/Wed/Thurs (7:30am 3pm), Friday (7:30am 1pm)

**Casual role **We are looking for casual workers to work a variety of shifts including the weekend. The weekend shifts are 12 hours including overnight shifts. The shuttle service does not operate over the weekend.

A: Friday, 2pm 8pm

B: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am 8pm and 8pm 8am

**Responsibilities will include**:
The lodge is an accommodation and meal service. Guests are self sufficient and there is no nursing care required on site.
- Shuttling guests to and from accommodation (Full NZ Drivers license essential, P End a bonus)
- Regular interaction with guests and welfare checks
- Light duties such as tidying, helping to serve meals, laundering room linen and watering the gardens
- Checking in on guests when there is an overflow
- General help where needed
