**What will you do?**

We are looking for a proactive, organised and bubbly Junior Receptionist to join our Christchurch based reception team. In this role, you will be the first port of call for phone queries from inside and outside the organisation. You will play a vital role in assisting the wider reception team to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting all visitors and team members who visit the office, as well as responding to phone enquiries
- Ensuring sufficient stock levels in our kitchens, as well as keeping them tidy throughout the day
- Distributing inbound and outbound mail, as well as assisting the wider reception team with daily banking
