**_Location:_** Suite 3, 14 Bishop Lenihan Place, East Tamaki, Auckland, 2013, New Zealand

**_Minimum:_** 30 hours a week (maximum 50 hours a week).

**_Rate and salary:_** $30 - $32 per hour

**_Employment type:_** Permanent / full-time
- Be able to work on the weekend and holiday periods

**Requirement**:

- At least 3 years experience with specific eyelash/nail treatments based on our unique styles and the guest’s individual needs.
- Accurate data entry skills
- Clear and concise phone manner
- Previous experience in eyebrows treatment is an advantage
- Committed to consistently improving skills through professional development program.
- Enthusiastic team player

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform professional eyelash extension sessions.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and hygiene of the Council and the studio’s policies and procedures.
- Understand, promote and sell service offerings, including choice upgrades.
- Understand and promote exclusive retail products for guest’s at-home usage and aftercare.
- Create excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly and helpful attitude.
- Provide frequent recommendations and education to members/guests on proper lash aftercare.
- Generate new clientele through the company referral program.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Help Reception work (answering call, checking messages and taking bookings)
- Open to ongoing coaching and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes.
