**The Role | Te mahi**

We are seeking a talented** Food and Beverage Attendant** to join our food and beverage team at Sudima Christchurch Airport. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing great service to their customers. Whether you are a seasoned professional in the foody scene, or a newcomer to hospitality, we are keen to talk with you - Full training will be provided.

This is a casual role based at Sudima Christchurch Airport with a pay rate of $25 per hour.

**Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa**
- Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
- Work as a team to ensure exceptional service and dining experiences
- Preparation of the restaurant for service
- Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
- Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
- Settling guest accounts
- Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints

- Flexibility to work varied hours across week days, weekends and public holidays
- Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests make the most of their day
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with good attention to detail
- Have a desire to learn and grow your hospitality career
- Experience in restaurant & bar service or customer facing role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Valid Right to Work in NZ
