We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist/Cancer Nurse Co-ordinator based at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Hastings, Hawkes Bay, to lead our Haematology patients.
We are a collaborative and supportive team looking for a colleague and leader who shares our values of Respect, Partnership, Care and Improvement.
We are interested in hearing from anyone with hospital or other relevant clinical experience who are enthusiastic in developing and delivering Haematology services and leading and growing the Haematology team.
In this role your responsibilities will include the co-ordination and collaborative development of the Haematology service. You will provide coaching and mentoring to our Haematology patient population, Nursing team and wider Multidisciplinary team, while also providing managerial support to the Oncology Manager. You will be someone who finds reward in contributing to the improvement and development of Haematology services to the hospital, and working with our colleagues in a multidisciplinary approach to deliver great patient care.
