WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You will need to have a minimum of 35 years of experience, commercial, residential, and industrial sewer and stormwater systems.
- Having a good understanding of concrete, metal, and plastic pipes
- Certified Drainlayer Ticket is preferred
- Must have a clean Full Class 1 or 2 NZ Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- W, T, R Tickets are advantageous
- Efficiently manage resources, including equipment and materials
- You will be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job
- Can work in varying weather conditions
- Uphold strict safety protocols and regulations
- You will be punctual, thorough, and diligent, with great attention to detail
- Customerfocused and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a teamoriented environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant job and work instruction.
- Be able to read plans with the ability to deliver the project on time
- Excavating trenches, laying pipes, and connecting fittings according to projects
- Operating heavy equipment and machinery (excavators/ rollers/loaders/tractors/trucks)
- Collaborating with project managers and construction teams to ensure successful completion of projects
