The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Graphic Consultant with a broad range of relevant
visual presentation skills to join our team. You will use your creative and artistic skills to assist
Airbiz consultants from all Airbiz offices with the visual presentation of proposals and reports.

Essential Requirements

Has a tertiary qualification in graphic design or similar field and can provide a portfolio
demonstrating their visual communication skills.

Has experience and high competence using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe
Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Has strong graphic communication skills and experience communicating data sets,
maps, charts, process diagrams, information visuals, PPT presentations, proposals, and
reports.

Is self-motivated, requiring mínimal supervision, accountable and willing to take on
responsibilities within a team environment.

Can demonstrate commitment and ability to provide quality work and meet agreed
deadlines.

Has excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Has exemplary time management, organizational skills to prioritize work and coordinate

tight deadlines.

Has strong research skills and ability to collate and concisely communicate key findings
in written reports, slide decks, and in-person meeting formats.

Has the ability to participate in and contribute to meetings to develop and implement
successful project solutions by helping to prepare materials, supporting schedule
coordination, and developing meeting minutes and summaries.

Beneficial Requirements

Have two years or more post-graduate work in a graphics/marketing position.
Have a knowledge of bid process requirements with a willingness and ability to

coordinate complex proposal submissions.
Experience working in a project-based environment with teams and/or stakeholders.
Has experience using airport planning tools such as Autodesk, Sketchup, AviPLAN,

Lumion.

Location & Compensation

This position is to be based in either our New Zealand or Australian offices.
Periodic business travel may be required.
We compensate competitively, commensurate with experience and qualifications and
