We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our fun and supportive Hamilton team in a diverse sales role. You will have strong customer service skills and have experience working towards sales KPIs and hitting targets. Any great salesman will know that Saturday’s are the busiest So reap the rewards of working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.

Your main focus will be building strong customer relationships and selling a diverse range of flooring solutions. You'll be consulting with customers in the showroom and in their homes and properties so you won't be stuck in the store all day A full NZ driving licence is therefore essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Following up on customer leads
- Measuring/estimating flooring requirements and constructing a detailed plan
- Costing, quoting and closing the sale
- Maintain POS and inventory databases
- Encouraging excellence in staff relations between flooring installers, office and shop staff
- Post installation follow-up and customer care
- Meeting or exceeding performance Sales targets
- Maintaining up-to-date technical product knowledge

You will work with your customers from the initial consultation right through to the post-installation check-up, so this role will definitely suit someone who cares about the full customer experience and delivering the best result possible
