We have state of the art R&D, manufacturing, laboratory and clinical trial services that combined, is a massive offering. We need a Marketing Manager - Pharmaceutical Services to help us bring our Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO), Contract Manufacturing and Laboratory (CML) and Clinical Trial Operations Management (COM) services to life.

You will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth for our new services business unit. You will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer, other Executive Leadership Team members, the CDMO, CML and COM teams, and external vendors to ensure that marketing and communications efforts align with the overall services business strategy.

You will provide insights to optimise future initiatives and support lead generation initiatives and maintain the lead pipeline.

You will make sure our brand is strongly positioned as we move into new markets. This will be around the corporate narrative, brand identity, marketing communications and maintaining consistency. You will advise business leaders on external communications strategy, approaches, tools, channels and tactics.

This is a great mix of doing and strategy, where you will roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty. This is a lot to achieve in 6 months, **are you ready to be a part of it?**

**You will be**
- A strong **MARKETER** - you have 5-10 years experience in marketing and communications. You have done an end to end role where you define brand and strategy, develop campaigns, collateral and copy and are comfortable analysing markets.
- An expert **CREATIVE COMMUNICATOR** - you will love to talk, listen, write and everything in between. You like to see content that is cohesive, compelling and consistent.
- A **RELATIONSHIP BUILDER** - you will be awesomely expert at forging and nurturing relationships and getting people on side, working with people and valuing their expertise. You enjoy working with internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies.
- A **GAME CHANGER** - you know what's happening in your space, you own it, you are an expert.

It goes without saying, you will be a strong communicator, you have project management skills, you know your way around various digital marketing tools.
