**About the Role**

This is a great opportunity to join our company where you will learn all operational aspects of the concrete business. The work will be varied and will include driving one of our concrete trucks, batching, dispatching, testing, and yard work. You will reside in either Timaru or Ashburton and provide support to those concrete plants as required.

**About You**

**Ideally, you will have**:

- A class 4 licence, or a keen desire to obtain one;
- A strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task;
- A willingness to learn;
- Basic computer skills; and
- A good safety ethic.

In addition, you will be a positive team player with a demonstrated ability to interact well with others. Remaining calm when under pressure will also be one of your strengths. You must also be flexible to travel between Timaru and Ashburton as required, with transport or mileage reimbursement provided.
