**The Role**

This role offers challenge and variety - You will lend a hand to everything from leadership and management of the team, to going back to the basics and serving customers on the shop floor when the branch is busy. You will be very much involved in various management tasks and leadership of the team - This is an opportunity to get some real hands on experience. Duties include:

- Supporting the Branch Manager to drive sales and improve store performance
- Motivating and organising staff on a daily basis to create a great team culture
- Providing exceptional customer service and accurate advice to our customers
- Maintaining a high standard of Branch presentation
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
