IT Security Governance Specialist

A fantastic opportunity as an experienced IT Security Governance Specialist to join an organisation who prides on having a diverse and inclusive environment based in their Auckland office.

Your key role is to assist, support, monitor and manage cyber risk appetite and improve cyber awareness across the business unit.

The Role:

- Identify new cyber, IT and information risks and resolve activities
- Perform compliance reporting audits
- Conduct cyber risk assessments across services
- Lead the vulnerability group across the technology group
- Contribute to the development of security strategies and planning

Ideal Person:

- IT Security experience in the Governance
- Able to demonstrate security risk management and compliance frameworks and knowledge of security concepts and industry standards i ISO, PCI and NIST
- Solid understanding of SIEM, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, threat emulation, CASB, endpoint detection and response
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all level
