We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and creative Senior Organisational Development (OD) Advisor to join our high performing Organisational Development team.
Our programme of work is focussed on strengthening our capability and positioning us for the future. We are looking for an experienced senior OD practitioner who has a drive for results and a natural curiosity around what innovative approaches organisations are taking that deliver highly successful results in the OD and Learning & Development (L&D) area. Naturally collaborative, you'll be a good connector internally to ensure our initiatives are joined up. You will also build connections with our partner agencies in the natural resources sector, identifying where we can leverage existing programmes and build alignment.
Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development you will lead and contribute to some exciting initiatives that will ultimately enable our Ministry to deliver on our new strategic framework.

**These include**:

- developing and implementing a leader development programme and capability framework
- building an awesome culture that enables our people to do their best work
- diversity and inclusion and Te Ao Māori
- wellbeing and engagement

We are looking for someone with proven experience in leading, influencing and building credibility and is confident to challenge the status quo. You will also share your experience and mentor junior members of the team to build capability.

- strong technical skills, including leader development, change management and project management.
- relevant experience in the design, development and implementation of OD projects, including leader development programmes.
- excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- the ability to see the "big picture" and understand the strategic context of projects
- a pragmatic and collaborative approach
- motivated, enthusiastic and keen to achieve results
- commitment to developing your cultural capability and capacity in te ao Māori
- TMP accredited

Whānuitanga Utu ā-Tau | Salary range
Salary range for this role is $110,872 to $135,510 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
