Trainee Lifeguards - Casual

An exciting opportunity to embark on a challenging and rewarding career. We are recruiting for new casual employees to start in our paid training intakes, once you are qualified you will recieve 20 credits to your qualification.

**About the role**

A typical day in the life of our Lifeguards will include supervising pool users ensuring a safe and fun environment for all and rotating around different stations and pools - all while interacting and building relationships with our customers.

**What will you need?**
- A good attitude, enthusiastic and reliable
- Confidence in and around water - able to swim (swim test will be required in training)
- Ability to work effectively with all cultures and ages Strong communication and high work standards
- Great work ethic and a team player
- Effective problem solving with the ability to think and act fast
- Experience in a customer service role or similar advantageous

**To be eligible you need**:

- The right to work in New Zealand or a NZ Work Visa with at least 12 months remaining on it from your commencement date with us
- To be medically fit for employment Must be 16 years old or up.
