Reporting to the Plant Engineer, the Maintenance Planner will monitor general maintenance for all departments, coordinate contractors, source quotes for projects, monitor the R&M log controls and liaise with Supervisors to ensure that production requirements are met.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Planning all R&M jobs and ensure appropriate parts are available
- Purchase order completion for the trades department
- Contractor Management, ensuring all liability agreements and insurance details are kept up to date
- Manage electrical and mechanical inventory ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Invoice/packing slip/PO reconciliation for payment
- Ordering all parts
- Oversee and manage compliance register and installation of Mex completed for the Trades Department
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build an engaged team and effectively delegate tasks
- Ability to minimise production downtime
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Extensive prior maintenance experience in an industrial environment
- A mechanical trade qualification (electrical knowledge would be an advantage)
- Comfortable working with modern CMMS systems
- Previous experience with MEX would be an advantage
- Intermediate computer literacy
- A supportive, well-established preventative maintenance team
- The ability to make the role their own and autonomously manage day to day operations
