**Receptionist/Broker Support**
Our Feilding branch currently has an opening for a Receptionist/Broker Support position. This is an exciting entry-level position that would suit someone looking for a career change and/or to gain experience in an office environment.

**What the day will look like**
A varied role where no two days are the same, you will the first point of contact for clients visiting the Feilding branch. In addition to this, you will support two Account Managers with their client portfolios, handling general administrative tasks. This a permanent, full-time position, based five days a week at our Feilding branch.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties such as meeting & greeting clients
- Taking incoming calls and transferring where required
- Sorting and distributing all incoming and processing outgoing mail
- Negotiation of policy terms and conditions/quotations with Insurers
- Prepare accurate and concise premium calculations and premium allocations
- Preparation of professional documentation for clients and insurers

- Good computer proficiency
- Team player with the ability to get along with a wide variety of people
- Administration or customer service experience desirable but not essential
