Technical Dispatcher

**A bit about your role;**

Working out of our Tauranga Tauriko office, you will be the central point of contact between Downer, our clients and third parties to ensure accurate and timely service to everyone involved. In this position you will:

- Receive client requests
- Log jobs and dispatch staff to the various sites
- Update systems with accurate information and job details
- Monitor live jobs and action any additional requests
- Accurately enter data to track job performance
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders

- Proficiency in Word, Excel & SharePoint with the confidence to pick up new systems quickly

- Able to prioritise and deal effectively with high work volumes
