LawVu’s marketing team is looking for a Senior Content Manager who will be responsible for our content strategy for LawVu and InView (LawVu’s community) brands and their various channels. The marketing team’s mission is to enable the professional dreams of our audience to come true and this role is instrumental to us bringing this mission to life.
Responsibilities will include creating a content strategy and calendar and being responsible for its implementation and optimisation, including reporting on content performance. You will also manage a team of content producers including writers, graphic designers and videographers.
Ultimately, this role will be responsible for interesting and engaging content finding its way in front of our target audience and generating and nurturing leads through these mediums.
**Responsibilities**
- Own our content strategy, driving brand and product awareness and engagement through each stage of the funnel for both InView community and LawVu brands.
- Own the creation, implementation and monitoring of a content calendar that speaks to our audience as well as reflects the LawVu brand, go-to-market product plans, and overall marketing KPIs.
- Establish a deep understanding of our community to help shape content strategy based on their insights e.g. current hot topics, future trends.
- Lead the team responsible for developing, creating and maintaining core pillar pieces of content such as our Certification, quarterly InView magazine and annual In-house Legal Technology Report to ensure they’re relevant and providing value to our audiences.
- Ensure blogs align with wider business strategies such as SEO strategy, product roadmap and product positioning.
- Continually strive to optimize and improve existing content assets as well as generate new and engaging content ideas.
- Leverage a variety of mediums to speak to our audience in a genuinely interesting way including video, ebooks, blogs, infographics and whitepaper content.
- Understand deeply both our customer personas and the LawVu product.
- Directly responsible for content contribution to MQL creation and community membership growth.
- Regular reporting on the performance of content across the two brands.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated marketing experience in a digital and content focused marketing role.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital content that engages, informs and motivates.
- Preferred location is New Zealand but remote will be considered for the right person.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Experience using reporting tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar.
- ‘Nice to haves’: an understanding of or experience in the legal industry, experience using Salesforce and Pardot.
