The Warehouse stores or ‘red sheds’ are a kiwi household name, with a presence in virtually every kiwi home and community. By putting the customer first The Warehouse succeeds in being one of the best retailers in New Zealand and our friendly, helpful Team Members help keep our customers shopping with us.

As a valued member of Shopfloor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a memorable shopping experience.

You will thrive in our fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done on time without compromising service standards. You understand that success is a team effort, whether it's collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, or providing excellent customer service.

If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed and ensure that the picking shelf processes are followed correctly to maximize shelf availability.

**This is a permanent part-time position with the following hours of work**:

- Tuesday and Wednesday: 5pm to 9pm
- Sunday: 11:30am to 5pm

**Qualifications**
Ideally you will have:

- Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role - preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to undertake some heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
