This permanent full-time role, reporting to the GM - Commercial, is responsible for providing successful recruitment outcomes to the regional teams.

Working closely with the Operations and Site Managers, the Talent Acquisition Advisor is expected to support and work closely on recruitment of staff, provide HR administration and co-ordination, manager HR administration tasks and documentation, as well as labour force planning.

Some domestic travel will be required.

From advertising the position through to offer, your responsibilities will be:

- Create engaging advertisements
- Publish vacancies
- Shortlist CV’s
- Conduct telephone interviews
- Co-ordinate and conduct face to face interviews
- Conduct competency assessments
- Reference checking
- Draft new contract documentation and prepare information packs
- Prepare induction packs
- Human resource filing and maintenance of databases

Our client has locations in Christchurch and Auckland available, hours and compensation will be discussed upon interview.

Auckland - South Auckland/Onehunga sites

Christchurch - Opawa/Hillsborough Area
