**About the Job**
This role is focused on developing a highly progressive, holistic, and supportive educational experience with a strong academic focus that also provides broad cultural, sporting and service opportunities for students from Years 0-8.
Integral to this is the astute management of the School’s day-to-day operations and the building of strong relationships with the wider Hereworth community, including parents, a supportive Old Boys’ network and the immediate locale.
As Hereworth embarks on its journey towards a co-educational learning environment and period of growth; the provision of visionary leadership, an openness to change, and anticipating the School’s infrastructural and educational needs, will be paramount.
**Skill and Knowledge**
An understanding of Special Character Schools, based on the Christian faith, is important and experience in the independent school sector is preferred. As is experience in master campus planning and the delivery of a modern curriculum around growth.
Well-honed communication and leadership skills across curriculum development, student well-being and business savvy, are key criteria.
Most importantly, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate commitment to Hereworth’s values and vision of turning boys and girls into confident, connected, lifelong learners.
