**About the role**
Based fulltime at our North Harbour branch, the Telesales Manager’s focus is to lead our telesales team in hunting, obtaining and maintaining customers for our courier freight services. You’ll also contribute to training and development programmes, geared towards your team’s professional growth and portfolio/account management. With an innovative approach, you’ll activate and inspire your team while implementing strategies to grow business profitability.

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5;00pm.

Key responsibilities include
- Working with contact-centre operational performance metrics
- Assisting in recruitment - active focus on retention
- Achieving personal KPIs + ensuring team members’ KPIs are met
- Strategising to ensure attainment of sales budget + gross margin expectations
- Proven telesales management experience, including people training
- Success in delivering business growth across customer portfolios
- Ability in analysis and strategy towards meeting targets and margins
- Exceptional forward planning skills
- A people-first, customer-centric focus
