This
is an exciting opportunity to join our Radiology department at Nelson Hospital. Shifts are on a 24/7 rotating roster Monday - Sunday,
with no one working alone at one time. Our team provides a comprehensive

**diagnostic radiology service including**: General Radiography, MRI, CT Scanning,
Ultrasound, Cardiac Catheterisation and Angiography.

**We have two roles available**:
1. Full-time
position, working 80 hours a fortnight (1 FTE) for up to 8 months, covering
parental leave.
2. Part-time position, working 48 hours a fortnight (0.6 FTE) for up to 12 months, covering parental leave.

The salary for this full-time position
starts at $57,565 based on the current NZ APEX MECA.

You
will be registered with the NZMRT Board, hold a current APC, and you'll be a
positive and friendly team player, with a sense of humour.
To

**succeed in this role you will have**:

- A sound knowledge of

diagnostic radiography
- Great communication skills
and empathy
- The passion to deliver
high-quality healthcare
- The flexibility to work
within a Monday-Sunday rotating roster. Interventional/Cath
Lab experience is an
advantage but not essential.
For the health and safety of staff and patients you are required to provide proof that you have completed
your primary course of NZ approved Covid-19 vaccinations.
