**About Role**

In this frontline role, you will build and maintain connections with rangatahi whose educational needs have been impacted by social or health-related issues. You will take it upon yourself to guide and steer rangatahi towards more positive pathways, helping them establish goals and aspirations for the future enabling them to create better lifestyles for themselves.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years experience working with rangatahi & whānau.
- Strong commitment to Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori.
- Experience with Rangatahi Growth and Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean, Full New Zealand Driver License for essential travel.
- Knowledge of community programmes to support rangatahi.
- Developing Whānau Outcome plans for all rangatahi cases.
- Manage case data in a confidential and accurate manner
