We are seeking a suitably qualified, enthusiastic, culturally competent, motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the Crisis Assessment Home Treatment Team. These opportunities do not come up often

**Mōu | About you**
- We are looking for someone who:
- Has effective skills in written and verbal communication with excellent clinical documentation skills-
- Demonstrates advanced mental health and risk assessment skills.-
- Is considered a clinical expert / role model and leader in mental health. Has a proven ability to work within the multi-disciplinary team-
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and professional work ethic with the ability to share knowledge and give and receive constructive feedback-
- Experience and willingness to be involved in developing and implementing standards of nursing practice in the specific area of practice-
- Experience and willingness to be involved in the development of pathways, protocols, and guidelines in the specific area of practice-
- Is committed to working with bicultural processes and to the development of service users focussed services-
- Has an understanding of Māori inequity-
- Brings a critical thinking lens to the role.-
