We are seeking an experienced **Grocery Nightfill Supervisor** who is keen, hardworking, and reliable, to join our team on a part-time basis.

**_ Shift schedule:_**

Friday - Sunday: 7pm-11:30pm

This role is particularly busy as it involves ensuring that the store is fully stocked for opening daily. For this role we require you to make sure that the store is clean, stock levels are up, and the store is ready to receive customers the next day. You will be responsible for hiring training and supporting the Nightfill team and the Night Manager to deliver shelf availability.

**What are we looking for**:

- Previous experience leading teams in a Grocery department.
- A positive attitude with great commitment and enthusiasm to give your role 100%.
- Proven high level of communication, honesty, reliability, and integrity. You will be responsible for store closing.
- Fit and able to work on your feet (involves heavy lifting).
- Well organised and always maintain high compliance standards.
