Process Mapper

We have an exciting opportunity for a process mapper to join our team in either our Christchurch or Hawkes Bay office.

This role will see you mapping out and analysing business processes and workflows with the intent of finding out how they can be improved, automated and innovated.

Working closely with our Business Analyst you will help capture our processes and map them out for operational use.

K_ey duties include but not limited to: _
- Work with the team to Investigate, record, analyse & document business activities into clear and succinct process maps
- Creation of business and system process maps using MS Visio
- Identify any conflicting business processes
- Establish & maintain close working relationships with all areas of the business
- Identify key users & leverage their knowledge & experience for input to work efforts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience using Viso and other MS products
- Detail orientated and highly organised, with demonstrated ability
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with a rang of audiences
- Ability to understand and translate operational activities
