Thames has a 15 bed emergency department with an inpatient unit. As a registrar you will gain experience in a broad range of clinical areas.
- Thames is a coastal town known as the gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula. There is easy access to native bush with world class walks, tramps and surf beaches in this popular recreational area.
- This attachment is part of the proposed Te Manawa Taki regional training network, which will include rotations within the Waikato, Lakes and Bay of Plenty districts.
