**THE ROLE**

You’ll be the point-person on some of our biggest and best outsourced recruitment solution accounts (RPO); these work across a variety of different industries, and could mean flexing into recruitment one day, health the next, and topping it off in aged care. It’s a big role with opportunity and reward in equal measure as you’ll expertly partner with our clients to drive efficient, effective sourcing and recruitment solutions. As part of this, you'll also be involved in delivering workshops to build recruitment capability with hiring managers.
Working with an industry-leading recruitment platform will make your recruiting life easy, as will having the best brains in the business at your fingertips - our awesome media, creative and wider consulting team.

You'll also be ok with flexing to some contingent recruitment, and have the ability to build relationships with new businesses as well as our existing client base.
