The role of the Clinical Advisor is to provide clinical strategic advice and guidance to the Director of Services and is responsible for the implementation and delivery of any organisational health initiatives. The Clinical Advisor will assist all WACT kaimahi to provide improved quality, safety, and experience of care, improved health and equity for all populations, and best value for public health system resources through innovation across WACT services. Key Tasks Clinical Leadership:

Demonstrating high-level clinical competence and accountability leading the organisation to achieve the Trust’s vision and mission through alignment of outcomes and culture. Clinical Collaboration:

Improving the performance, profitability, and sustainability of the organisation through applying strong clinical leadership. Relationships/Networking:

Liaises with relevant key clients, external suppliers, and contractors to develop professional contacts Skills and Abilities Working within the healthcare sector in New Zealand The ability to work in multidisciplinary team. The ability to be able to engage and motivate others. Clinical general practice experience. Leadership experience and/or training. Your application will include the following questions:
