The Opportunity: Working closely with the external Accountant this role will take responsibility for the accounting function for multiple entities. This is well suited to a person who is comfortable as the head of accounting and admin for the team.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Located right in the city centre.

Key responsibilities will include: - Bank Reconciliations - Accounts receivable entry - Accounts payable entry - GST, FBT and PAYE returns - Payroll - Managing weekly cash flow and reporting - Month end accounts - Debtor control and review - Liaising with suppliers - Ad hoc special projects - Maintain daily rental database, processing bond refunds & transfers

To be successful in this role you will have: - A strong accounts background - Fully conversant with Xero - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Easy going and a strong team player - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload - Attention to detail and the commitment to quality and accuracy of work

Experience with property mangement software or accounting would be benificial.
