Our expertise lies in importing shutter and blind products from a number of global companies as well as manufacturing locally made blinds at our factory in Greerton. Our head office is located in Greeton, where this role will be based but as well, we have a nationwide presence with offices in Auckland and Christchurch. As we look to the future, we are seeking a Marketing Generalist to implement the marketing and sales plan and strategies for all companies within the Santa Fe Group. We're looking for someone who has a marketing background with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, a creative mind that can generate new and innovative ideas, a team player with a can-do attitude, and someone who can juggle a variety of projects like organising home shows and refreshing websites and other forms of digital marketing while keeping an eye on the big picture. Having some knowledge of AI technologies will be useful and as such technologies will help us to quickly generate collateral to help expand national brand recognition and generate more leads for our sales team. This role will involve website updating, digital marketing so having digital technology experience in these areas is essential. As a Marketing Generalist, you'll be responsible for analysing marketing initiatives and activities to ensure they convert into leads and sales. You should have a personal passion and experience in using social media, particularly Instagram, to drive awareness and sales. You'll also be tasked with developing and executing short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. In this role you will: Analyse marketing initiatives and activities to ensure they convert into leads and product sales. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, communication, tradeshows and training events from start to finish. Coordinate, collaborate and publish regular marketing and technical collateral/newsletters to staff and agents. Collaborate with the management team to create compelling content that resonates with customers. Provide regular marketing reports to the National Sales & Marketing Manager. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with sales and marketing strategies. Ensure brand consistency and that the brand image complies with company vision and values. Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies. Help plan, launch and implement new product lines into the market – including developing video reels and advertisements to educate and promote products to market. Monitor, refine and report on campaign performance and customer user experiences. Use your creative skills for copy, content and basic graphics. To succeed in this role, we see you as having: A relevant tertiary qualification Three or more years’ experience working in a marketing role (preferably general marketing) Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them. Experience in a sales-focused marketing. Demonstrated experience implementing multi-channel marketing and communications activities. A proven track record of writing, editing and content management - online and printed materials. Strong communication and influencing skills (written and verbal). Strong project management, organisational and time-management skills. Confidently deliver ideas to the National Sales & Marketing Manager.
