These are hands on positions. To be successful you will: - Hold a NZ recognized trade qualification in Electrical Engineering and be a Registered Electrician - Have experience as a registered electrician, preferably in a heavy manufacturing Environment • Be skilled in fault finding and good computer skills. • Understand electrical drawings and deliver high quality work • Have demonstrated history of being a team player and a ‘Safety first’ approach to planning and carrying out non-routine tasks • Analytical troubleshooting ability The chance to be trained on fault finding and installation of PLCs and Vfds is also a large part of this job. Maintenance Electrician, working some shift work . Competitive remuneration package is on offer to the successful candidates with proven skills and knowledge, an overtime rate of time and a half for all work over 40 hours per week. A pre-employment medical and drug test will be required.
