Corporate Lawyer

This role will involve working closely with senior leaders on a variety of corporate advisory and commercial matters, including large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities will cover areas such as joint ventures, M&A (both public and private), capital raisings, shareholder arrangements, and project contracts.
About You: This challenging yet rewarding opportunity is ideal for someone eager to take the next step in their legal career.
The successful candidate will have at least four years of legal experience.
They will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and think critically, and a service-oriented mindset, capable of understanding and addressing the diverse needs of stakeholders.
Additionally, strong relationship-building abilities and effective teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
