The Role To lead the Mechanical and Structural Engineering Team in delivering engineering solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
Manage key client and new client relationships is a prime focus of the role.
Be an active member of the Clients Management Group and monthly meeting.
The role will ensure continued development of: Health & Safety Technical Engineering Capabilities Project Management Business Administration Reporting to: CEOKey Tasks Lead a high performing team.• Manage a safe work environment for all the clients staff and contractors.• Increase market awareness and customer base.• Foster the environment and development of innovative solutions.• Always remain customer focused.• Drive common expectations to meet or exceed customer expectations.• Development of the client's systems and policies and maintain compliance.• Ensure consistent achievement of work standards with an attitude of continuous improvement across entire business.• Carry out people management process including Annual Goal Setting, Performance Reviews and Professional Development.• Develop and maintain profitability for long term business sustainability.• Participate in the ongoing development of the business plan.• Set and obtain utilisation targets with staff to reflect their roles.
Qualifications / Experience Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)(10+) years of experience in an Engineering background Previous exposure within a Structural or Mechanical environment preferred.
