Join our team and deliver high‑profile, national infrastructure projects.
This is a pivotal role based in Auckland.
Responsibilities
Lead and engage key stakeholders including landowners, Iwi partners, local government agencies and local community.
Support the implementation of major infrastructure projects.
Drive best practice in property acquisition to continuously improve our processes and support NZTA objectives.
Manage external property consultants and coordinate with internal subject‑matter experts such as project managers, legal, planning and communications.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar or related property role.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate to achieve results.
Knowledge and experience of the Public Works Act 1981.
Negotiation skills to manage multi‑party issues and difficult relationships.
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Salary
$109,407 – $158,032 NZD per year.
