The Opportunity Our client is seeking a talented Property Solicitor to join their expanding team.
This full-time position offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours for the right candidate.
You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior team members in a supportive environment dedicated to your professional growth and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities Residential and Commercial Conveyancing: Handle property transactions for residential and commercial clients.
Leasing: Provide expert advice, including negotiations and drafting of leasing agreements.
Subdivisions: Manage the legal aspects of subdivisions and navigate regulatory requirements.
General Property and Private Client Work: Assist with trusts, wills, and estate planning.
Elder Law: Offer tailored advice on estate planning and powers of attorney for senior clients.
What We're Looking For2 - 5 years PQE with solid experience in property law.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build client relationships.
Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and strategic case planning.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
A commitment to delivering ethical, just, and client-centered service.
