Auckland, New Zealand Rise Contracting Limited Full time

Immediate start.
We are looking for 7 full-time permanent (working at least 30 hours per week, workdays from Monday to Saturday) Industrial Coatings Workers to grow with our team.

The location of work is within Auckland Region.
The duties include:
·      Follow all Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems and procedures
·      To oversee and train junior workers as required
·      To undertake water/abrasive blasting of various substrates, e.g., steel beams, concrete walls, and buildings
·      Working at heights and around access machinery and equipment
·      To prepare surfaces using hand and power tools to client specification
·      To carry out occasional construction labour works
·      To use airless spray equipment to apply specific protective paints to client specification
·      To use quality control equipment and record QA
·      To mix and apply various types of paints according to client specifications
·      To undertake training as required
To be successful you will need:

Have at least 6 monthsâ work experience in the same industry/field, or
Have a relevant NZ Register Level 4 trade certificate, or equivalent
Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions
Be physically fit and willingness to work hard

·      Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically
·      A "can-do" attitude
